How Artificial intelligence may affect the future of the labor market?

Let’s start with defining what really is “AI” ( Artificial intelligence )?

it's a set of software tools that can be trained to recognize patterns

And it recognizes these patterns by providing a lot of data to it, this is how it could be trained, Once trained, an “AI” system can recognize examples of a pattern quickly and easily.

For example the chatbots they can now answer your customer's questions

And give them helpful results.

So how the chatbots can do this?

“AI” is good at tasks that can be carefully trained once and then repeated many times. However, it does poorly at tasks that are new, unique or unprecedented.

So we give the chatbots the often asked questions by our customers and give them the answers, and as much as we give them data as good as they can be.

“AI” ( Artificial intelligence ) now is implemented in a lot of industries such as :

Self-driving cars, robotics, facial recognition, smart home devices, smart assistants ( Siri - google now )

And there are two popular opinions now about How Artificial

al intelligence may affect the future of the labor market:

  • The first team says that “AI” ( Artificial intelligence ) is likely going to bring a lot of new opportunities to the job market and help people to improve and enhance their workflow.

  • But on the other side, they think that a lot of existing jobs are going to be vanishing in the future, and middle-level jobs that require routine manual and cognitive skills are the ones at risk.

But for now, we still not really sure about what is going to be happening in the future.
